NAVFAC Design-Build RFP Format
The Small Project Template is a scaled down version of the Standard Template. It was developed to minimize the effort required to prepare a six part Request for Proposal (RFP) and to administer the contract for a select group of small or simple, single trade and low risk projects. The individual Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) used in Part 2 General Requirements of the Standard Template have been scaled down and combined in two separate Word documents (Part 2 and Part 2 - Attachment A) for the Small Project Template. Part 2 is not intended to be edited, while Part 2 - Attachment A contains project specific general requirements that may either modify and/or supplement the corresponding standard paragraphs in the Part 2 General Requirements section.
