Emily Kotz is a transportation professional providing technical assistance to help fleets improve efficiency and optimize operations. Emily focuses on developing best practice resources and guides to support fleets in meeting reporting requirements and creating long-term strategic fleet plans. She holds a degree in civil engineering with a concentration in transportation from the University of Minnesota. Before her current role, Emily served as NREL’s fleet manager and led the laboratory’s workplace charging program.
