Kersey Manliclic has worked in various sectors at EPA since joining in 2021 and prior. He currently works on water conservation and efficiency for the Office of Wastewater Management. Prior to that, he was in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention and served as the Program Manager for the GreenChill Advanced Refrigeration Partnership within the Office of Air. While at the California Air Resources Board, he implemented an incentive program for cleaner agricultural equipment and ensured that incentive programs benefitted disadvantaged communities. While in graduate school, he worked with state agencies and automakers to plan hydrogen fueling infrastructure for fuel cell electric vehicles. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering, an M.S., and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, all from the University of California, Irvine.
