Todd Flowers is a Director of Business Development at Dominion Energy. He leads the regulated power generation business development team, which includes the development or acquisition of new power generation projects, such as utility-scale and distributed solar facilities, and new nuclear power generation, including small modular reactors. The team also manages the company’s annual clean energy filings with the state’s utility commission, with a focus on providing reliable, affordable and increasingly clean energy. Prior to becoming Director, he served as a Manager in Business Development and led efforts involved in identifying and developing solar sites across the Commonwealth of Virginia, securing land control, assessing site characteristics for environmental and construction considerations, managing local permitting, leading due diligence activities, and evaluating project financials. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Longwood University, a master’s degrees in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia and business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
