Dan has over 30 years of commercial banking and energy services industry experience. He has a proven track record of developing and managing large financing programs. Dan has developed project financing solutions involving a wide array of financial instruments including: contracts receivables financing programs used in the Federal Sector for financing Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) and Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) projects, and tax-exempt lease purchase agreements, commercial leases and loans, and installment payment contracts used in the Public Sector for financing Guaranteed Energy Savings Contracts (GESC) and other energy efficiency projects. As the Senior Director of Project Finance, Dan oversees all aspects of ESG’s project financing processes for both their Federal and Public Sector business units. Dan received a B.A. in both Finance and Business Administration from Kent State University. He has been an active member in the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance (AGL&F).
