Casiano C. Armenta is a Facilities Mechanical Engineer at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM and has been focused on improving thermal hydronic systems to include chilled water, heating water, and process water loops across the site for over 14 years. He is actively working to use newer technologies to improve resiliency and redundancy while still meeting the campus demands. He is a Mechanical Professional Engineer (NM), a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a Green Building Engineer (GBE). He holds a BS in Engineering Technology (Mechanical) from New Mexico State University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
