Omar Faris is a Senior Advisor in SCE’s Customer Solutions Division. He is responsible for managing the SCE’s relationship with the United States Military and other federal support agencies. He facilitates resiliency efforts, load growth, and contract negotiations. Omar started his career at SCE in 2013 as an Account Manager in the Tulare Region, where he managed a diverse portfolio of agricultural, water, local government, and K-12 customers. He successfully delivered the company’s demand side management programs, including energy efficiency and demand response. He transitioned his role to a Transportation Electrification Advisor, contributing to the development and launch of the Charge Ready Light Duty Program. In this position, Omar supported SCE’s largest and most complex customers in their TE initiatives, both directly and through their account managers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fresno State and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University.
