UFS 4-023-10 Safe Havens

This UFS provides planning and design requirements and guidance for a safe haven. It is not intended to create the requirement for a safe haven, but to assist in meeting the planning and design criteria requirements. The requirement for a safe haven may come from Department of Defense (DoD) policy, service policy, installation requirements, or user requirements when supported by policy.
