UFC 2-100-01 Installation Master Planning, with Change 2

10 USC 2864 requires all major military installations have a Master Plan. DoDI 4165.70, Real Property Management, establishes the requirement for installation Master Plans. This UFC prescribes DoD minimum requirements for master planning processes and products in accordance with DoDI 4165.70. The process includes the use of a Master Plan and its components as a tool to provide ongoing planning for installations in support of the mission. DoD planners utilize this UFC, the DoDI, and applicable agency instructions to prepare Master Plans and other planning documents.
