Michelle Kirby has worked at the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Idaho National Laboratory (INL) since January 1991. She has been part of the Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) Team, since the initial development and testing process in 1999, and has served as the FAST Help Desk contact for all Federal HQ Fleet Managers since the initial FAST data submissions in 2000. Michelle provides individual FAST training sessions for agencies per HQ manager’s request each year. She has been recognized by both the DOE-Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) and the General Services Administration’s Office of Government-wide Policy for her customer-service support. Michelle loves working within the Fleet Support team at the INL, and she is grateful to have terrific management support both for her FAST and Fleet Support teams. She loves spending her spare time with her family, and beautiful grandchildren.
