Since 2020, Jay Tulley has worked at the US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) as a Research Engineer focused on retro-commissioning and energy portfolio planning and analysis. Prior to working at CERL Jay worked at the US Army Garrison Presidio of Monterey for 10 years as the energy manager; in construction management doing hospital, retail, and residential projects; and served in the US Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps doing engineering/facilities management and construction management in the US and Italy. Jay lives in Pacific Grove, California with his wife and two children.
