Jesse Dugan is a resilience researcher in the Resilient Infrastructure and Security Center at NREL. Her research areas include threat-to-consequence modeling, grid resilience, and distribution systems. She has a Ph.D. and M.S. from the Colorado School of Mines in Advanced Energy Systems and a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia.
