Fred received a BS in Economics & Finance from George Mason University and a Master of Business Administration from Averett University. He has 30+ years of experience with Dominion Energy including 15 years performing work in design, planning, operations and project management and 10 years working with Dominion Energy’s largest commercial, industrial and governmental customers on energy related matters. For the past 8 years, Fred has led Dominion Energy’s Federal Energy Solutions Group with overall responsibility for Finance, Business Development, and Compliance for their Utilities Privatization and Utility Energy Service Contracting (UESC) programs. This work includes managing Dominion Energy’s portfolio of Utilities Privatization contracts. Under Fred’s leadership, Dominion Energy has successfully completed UESC projects at multiple Government facilities and currently has projects underway at MCB-Quantico, NSWC-Dahlgren, Pentagon, MCAS-Beaufort and the FBI Academy in Quantico.
