Chris Tremper has more than 37 years of experience providing analytical support to the U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). From 1990 to 2008, he managed multiple energy analysis contracts supporting FEMP, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Forest Service. Tremper joined FEMP as a federal government employee in 2008. He developed and implemented energy, water, and greenhouse gas data annual reporting protocols that accommodated evolving policy over the last 30 years. He also stood up and maintains the web-based compliance tracking system of Federal facility energy efciency measures required by the Energy Independence and Security Act. He has provided key data and analytical support to the White House Council on Environmental Quality and Ofce of Management and Budget to help frame Federal goals and assists agencies in meeting their reporting requirements
