This course introduces the Space Requirements Program (SRP) and Space Requirements Program Modules (SRP-M). AEs, OBO, and industry partners will learn how to use BIM SRP from OBO on projects and the relationship to SRP-Ms. The SRP-Ms are then used to communicate OBO standards to AEs. One module outlines how SRP-Ms define OBO space standards using BIM and how to create and maintain them. An appendix covers the technical details of using Revit to create the SRP-Ms.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this training, learners will be able to:
- Learn how OBO has transformed space planning information for BIM to be used by all stakeholders;
- Learn why SRP-Ms are important for OBO;
- Learn how SRP-Ms enable standardization across OBO projects; and
