The 300 Training Series consists of six parts that train OBO Staff how to review project
BIM and data. It provides OBO PM's guidance in how to review these deliverables for completeness and data integrity.

Training Series:

  • 300.1 — Digital Design Review (DDR) overview;
  • 300.2 — Setting up a project for DDR;
  • 300.3 — Evaluating deliverables;
  • 300.4 — DDR comment, review, and issue resolution;
  • 300.5 — Metrics and benchmarking; and
  • 300.6 — Collaboration and facilitation.

Learning Objectives

Upon completing this course, you will be able to learn how:

  • Perform initiation of project metrics and benchmarking;
  • Foster collaboration between Core Team members, SMEs, and facility managers;
  • Effectively facilitate collaborative Kickoff and Comment Resolution meetings;
