REScheck

REScheck is designed to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of the Council of America Building Officials (CABO) Model Energy Code (MEC) and the International Code Council (ICC) international Energy Conservation Code (IECC). It is the most flexible approach for meeting the MEC insulation and window requirements. The REScheck product group makes it fast and easy for designers and builders to determine whether new homes and additions meet the requirements of the MEC or the IECC. It also simplifies compliance determinations for building officials, plan checkers, and inspectors. They can use REScheck to quickly determine if a low-rise residence meets the code.
