DESCRIPTION

This tag identifies ARTICLES, Parargraphs, and Subparagraphs. The Numeric Subpart number is embedded within the SPT tag to create a unique identifier. The SPT numbers are system-generated and follow the SPT tag. These tags will dynamically renumber to reflect any changes made to the Subpart structure during the editing process regardless of whether the Job or Master uses numeric or alphanumeric numbering.
