The Job Schedule was designed to track the progression of your Job by capturing the Review Status, Amendment Levels, Job Cycle, and Hours.  If maintained properly, this information can be used to provide updates during scheduled project status meetings.

Review Status / Amendment Level:

For the Review Status, choose the appropriate level (None, 30%, 60%, 90%, Final or Bid) from the drop-down list. If the selectable options do not conform to your Job, enter the appropriate Review Status (35%, 65%, 95%, etc.) or Amendment Level (A, B, C, etc.) in the text field.

Illustration Icon Indicating Important Information To NoteThe Review Status and Amendment Levels can be used to organize PDF documents created when processing the Job. If the option Save Copies to PDF subfolder is selected on the File menu > Process and Print/Publish menu > PDF Publish tab. The software will create a new folder for the selected level.

Next Due Date

Illustration Job Properties Schedule Tab Next Due DateRecords the next deadline by typing directly in the text box, or by clicking the Calendar Illustration Job Properties Calendar buttonbutton and selecting a date. The date will automatically inserted in the text box in the MM/DD/YY format.

Job Cycle

Use the Job Cycle to fill-in the fields by double-clicking in the field and entering the information.  When you double-clickIs a familiar mouse function in Windows applications Executes the function associated with that object, such as such as opening a file in the Received, Due and Delivered fields, you can type the dates in the MM/DD/YY format, or click on the Calendar Illustration Job Properties Calendar buttonand select a date.

Standard Windows Commands

Using this Feature

Illustration Icon Indicating How To StepsUsing the Schedule tab to track my Job Cycle:

  1. In the SpecsIntact Explorer, select a Job
  2. Select File > Properties > Schedule tab, right-click on a Job, and select Properties, or press the Toolbar Properties button
  3. Begin by selecting or entering the appropriate Review Cycle percentage (use the drop-down list or type in the field), or the Amendment Level (you must type the text in the field)
  4. Place the cursor in the Next Due Date field and type the date in MM/DD/YY format or use the Calendar Illustration Job Properties Calendar buttonto select a date
  5. Below Job Cycle, double-click in the Operator field and type the Operator's name
  6. Double-click in the % field and type the appropriate percentage (e.g, 30, 60, 90, Final or Bid or 35, 65, 95, Final or Bid)
  7. Double-click in the Received field, and type the date in MM/DD/YY format or use the Calendar Illustration Job Properties Calendar buttonto select a date
  8. Double-click in the Due field, and type the date in MM/DD/YY format or use the Calendar Illustration Job Properties Calendar buttonto select a date
  9. Double-click in the Delivered field, and type the date in MM/DD/YY format or use the Calendar Illustration Job Properties Calendar buttonto select a date
  10. Double-click in the Hours field, type the number of hours
  11. Select OK
