This command can be executed from the SI Explorer's Right-click menu.
Allows you to delete the selected Jobs PDF subfolders, along with its contents from the SI Explorer, and from their location on your system. The default location is in the PRNTDATA folder of the Job. The default path can be changed through the File > Specify PDF Folder command, but this is not recommended.
This function allows you to manage your Job by removing the PDF Review Status and Amendment Level folders and files when they are no longer needed.
Deletion of the primary PDF folder is not permitted, but the Review Status subfolders (e.g., None, 30%, 60%, 90%, Final or Bid) or Amendment Level can be deleted.
For information on generating these files, see the File > Properties > Schedule tab to set the Review Status or Amendment Level, and File > Process and Print/Publish > PDF Publish tab for printing them to a PDF subfolder.
To Publish to PDF, you must have chosen to install the SpecsIntact PDF printer during the installation or have Adobe Acrobat. Other third-party PDF applications are not fully supported (e.g., Bluebeam, FoxIt, etc.)
