This command can also be executed from the SI Editor's Table's Right-click menu.
The Delete command allows you to delete a single row or column, or multiple selected rows and columns.
In the event of an error, click outside the table and use the Undo (Ctrl+Z) command. To learn more, see the Table Tips and Tricks topic.

How To Use This Feature
To Delete A Row or Column:
- In a Formatted Table, perform one of the following:
- Hover over a row or column, right-click and select Delete, then select Row or Column
- Highlight a row or column, select the Table menu, select Delete, then select Row or Column

- To save the changes, click outside the table and perform one of the following:
- Click the Save button on the Toolbar
- Select the File menu and select Save
- Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+S
To Delete Multiple Rows or Columns:
- In a Formatted Table, perform one of the following to highlight multiple rows or columns:
- Hover over a row or column, and drag your cursor to select multiple rows or columns
- Place the cursor in the first cell, hold the Shift key and click in the last cell to select multiple rows or columns
- Place the cursor in the first cell, hold the Shift key then use the arrow keys to select multiple rows or columns
- Once the rows or columns are selected, perform one of the following:
- Right-click and select Delete, then choose Selected Rows or Selected Columns
- Select the Table menu, select Delete, then choose Selected Rows or Selected Columns
- To save the changes, click outside the table and perform one of the following:
- Click the Save button on the Toolbar
- Select the File menu and select Save
- Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+S
