Look In

Provides the option to find a search term in Jobs or Masters.

Search Options

The Find Jobs or Masters option lets you search for keywords for projects within the connected Working Directories. This includes the local or network drives, but searching projects on network drives may take longer.

Search Names

Checking this box allows keyword searches in the names of the Jobs or Masters folders located in the connected Working Directories.

Search Titles

Checking this box allows keyword searches in the titles of the Jobs or Masters located in the connected Working Directories.

Search Other Properties

This option expands your search to include additional project information beyond names and titles. Keywords can be found in the contract number, location, lead specifier, and source fields, accessible through the File > Properties > General tab.

Ignore Lowercase/Uppercase

This option controls how the search treats capitalization. When checked, it finds results with any capitalization (UPPERCASE, lowercase, or mixed), even if you search with a specific case (e.g., "tile" would find "TILE", "Tile", and "tile").

Search Whole Word

Checking this box finds the exact search term. For a broader search where variations might be relevant, leave it unchecked.  For instance, if you entered "excava" in the 'Find' area, your results would contain "excavate", "excavation", and "excavating".
