The Test Requirements List Report is a detailed outline that lists the specific tests needed for a particular feature, module, or product. It acts as a testing blueprint, detailing each test case, its purpose, prerequisites, inputs, expected outcomes, and execution procedures. Essentially, it describes what needs to be tested and how to test it. 

The Test Requirements List Report (TSTRQLST.RPT) includes all the Test Requirements cited in the text, along with the Sections and Subparts in which they can be found.
