The Title Bar is a graphical Windows interface that displays the Application Icon and Name along with window related buttons that perform standard Window actions such as Minimize, Maximize and Close.
Windows buttons
First button located at the top-right corner of the Title Bar. When selected, hides the SpecsIntact Explorer so it is no longer visible on the desktop. Clicking on the SpecsIntact Icon that is located on the Windows Taskbar will restore the window to the desktop. When minimized, the SI Explorer can be resized.

Second button located at the top-right corner of the Title Bar. When selected, enlarges the SpecsIntact Explorer so it covers the full screen. When maximized, the SI Explorer cannot be resized.
Third button located at the top-right corner of the Title Bar. When selected, closes the SpecsIntact application.
Double-clicking the Title Bar will maximize and minimize the SI Explorer.
