TM 5-633 Natural Resources - Fish and Wildlife Management  

The Department of Defense has under its control and for its use in the United States a little over 25 million acres of land and water; and area approximately the size of the State of Kentucky. Within this large area are many ecosystems of which fish and wildlife resources are component parts. This manual provides guidance to all Army, Navy, and Air Force installations having fish and wildlife management activities on military installations will, insofar as possible, comply with the 7 April 1978 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of of the Interior and the Department of Defense for the Conservation and Management of Fish and Wildlife Resources on Military Installations.
