The legacy NASA SI website will be decommissioned on December 20, 2024, and older versions of SpecsIntact prior to v5.4 will no longer work correctly.
SpecsIntact v5.5 is now approved for USACE and AFCEC / Air Force, and SpecsIntact v5.4 is approved for NAVFAC. Now that the Tri-Services are approved for newer versions of SpecsIntact, we are asking all SI users to install the current version of SpecsIntact (v5.4 or newer), so that we can fully decommission the old NASA SpecsIntact website.
SpecsIntact versions prior to SI v5.4 require the legacy NASA SpecsIntact website to function correctly. SpecsIntact v5.3 and earlier features that will stop working without the old website include checking for and obtaining current versions of the UFGS, UMRL/UMSL, and SI software, submitting UFGS CCRs, checking a Section’s change/revision history, and accessing the SI website. The Project Section (.sec) files created in previous versions of SpecsIntact (v5.x) will remain accessible in SpecsIntact v5.4 and future versions.
To ensure you have a version of software that is not using the old NASA website, in the SI Explorer click on Help > About SpecsIntact. You need to ensure you have SpecsIntact v5.4 or later for the software to work correctly.
