The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the SpecsIntact Team are pleased to announce the official release of SpecsIntact v5.7. This release of SpecsIntact stands as one of our most feature-rich updates to date since the initial release of SpecsIntact 5 in 2019. At the heart of this update is the new Package Builder, a robust tool that streamlines the assembly of SpecsIntact PDFs and external PDFs into a single, professionally bookmarked package. Document management is now more flexible than ever; with the new ‘Imported Files’ folder, you can drag-and-drop or copy-and-paste external PDFs directly into your project. Launching the tool is as simple as clicking the new ‘Package Builder’ toolbar button, allowing you to easily compile all project documents into a single PDF package. We’ve transformed package organization into a seamless, intuitive experience that allows you total control over the final layout. For a complete list of features, please refer to the Release Notes.

The National Institute of Building Sciences (NIBS) announced the release of the first quarter Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) Master and the Unified Master Reference List (UMRL). The SpecsIntact Team will also update the date for the UFGS Master, Unified Master Reference List (UMRL), and Unified Master Submittal List (UMSL) so the software will inform our customers to download the latest versions.
