USACE ECB 2026-2 Changes to Bridge Inspection and Evaluation Requirements

This Engineering and Construction Bulletin (ECB) updates and clarifies the requirements of ER 1110-2-111 and EM 1110-2-1102 to ensure US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) compliance with the revised 23 CFR Part 650 Subpart C, National Bridge Inspection Standards. This ECB supersedes conflicting guidance within EM 1110-2-11 and EM 1110-2-1102 until a full revision of the documents is complete. This ECB incorporates updated requirements, clarifies existing policies, and provides implementation guidance.
