Summary
This Engineering and Construction Bulletin (ECB) issues guidance for incorporating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions analysis for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). This ECB is effective immediately and applies to all projects that must comply with NEPA.
