Summary
This Engineering and Construction Bulletin (ECB) provides guidance to Engineering and Construction (E&C) personnel for complying with Federal sustainable acquisition requirements. This ECB applies to all solicitations and contracts for products and/or services issued by or on behalf of E&C, to include Military Programs, Civil Works, and Work for Others.
