Summary
This guidance provides additional information with regard to the requirements of the Quality Management Plan (QMP). The QMP is an integral part of each Project Management Plan (PMP), as outlined in the Project Management Business Practice (PMBP) Manual (Reference a.). The PMBP is the fundamental method to deliver quality projects as part of the USACE Business Process, and is required by existing policies (References b. and c.).
