During this pre-event workshop, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule 84 managers will discuss specific requirements under GSA Schedule 84, SIN 246-53, the procurement vehicle used for ESPC ENABLE projects.
Kevin Mitchell, GSA Region 7 Multiple Award Schedule Program Manager, General Services Administration (GSA) Read Bio
Kevin is the GSA Region 7 Multiple Award Schedule program manager. In this role, Kevin is responsible for policy and compliance, center productivity, budget, business development, and MAS reform/consolidation. Prior to this role, Kevin worked as the Schedule 84 branch chief and has been with GSA for 10 years. Before coming to work for GSA, Kevin spent 15 years in the less-than-truck-load freight and fuel distribution industries.
Rocky Miller, Senior Contracting Officer, GSA Region 7 Multiple Award Schedule Program Manager Read Bio
Rocky serves as the ESPC expert for Region 7, and oversees the contract life cycle for ESCO's on Schedule 84. Prior to this role, Rocky served as the DCMA Divisional Administrative Contracting Officer over Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Division. Rocky is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the private sector, and 8 years with the US Government.
Bryon Boyer, Supervisory Contracting Officer, GSA Schedule 84 Read Bio
Bryon serves as supervisor and advisor to contracting officers that have responsibilities for the award and administration of contracts containing the SIN 246-53. Prior to this role, Bryon served as an Administrative Contracting Officer and Cost/Price Analyst for the Defense Contract Management Agency. Bryon is an attorney with over 10 years of experience in the private sector, and 5 years with the US Government.
Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will understand:
- GSA Schedule 84, SIN 246-53;
- ESCO marketing strategies for approaching government property managers; and
- How upcoming GSA Schedule consolidation will affect ESCOs.
