Energy Exchange 2019
Denver, CO
This session will review and explain many facets of a comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) program for beginner or intermediate level facility personnel. Come learn the five points of a basic O&M program: reduce capital repairs and unscheduled shutdowns; extend equipment life and facility life; maintain life-cycle cost savings; and provide safe, functional systems and facilities that meet the design intent. This session will illustrate how to evaluate building systems performance and collect systems data.
