This session will overview the basics, advantages and successful applications of ESPC projects. This will include the features, tools, and applied best practices for ESPC projects. Additionally, this session will provide a broad perspective of the ESPC program and how it has evolved to include contracting vehicles like the DOE ESPC IDIQ, the USACE ESPC MATOC, and the GSA Schedule ENABLE program and will attempt to compare and contrast those vehicles.

Upon completion of this session attendees will:
- Learn ESPC and ENABLE project features and development tools available to help agencies execute projects;
- Learn the lessons and best practices from real world ESPC and ENABLE projects executed by agencies;
- Learn where to go to seek additional support/information on ESPC and ENABLE project development; and
- Compare and contrast the features and benefits of an ENABLE project under GSA Schedule contracts vs. ESPC projects under the DOE or USACE IDIQ contracts.
