Summary

This guide provides the basic guidelines for organizing, evaluating, planning, programming, and designing Entry Control Facilities (ECFs) for Air Force (AF) installations worldwide, including the design of new ECFs and major and minor
renovation projects. The guidelines will need to be adapted to the specific needs of each AF installation. This guide is not intended to be a manual for determining tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
