Life Cycle Cost in Design (LCCID)
WINLCCID is intended to be used as a tool in evaluating and ranking design alternatives for new and existing buildings. It provides many features of a general purpose life cycle costing tool. It is easy to carry out "what if" analyses based on variables such as present and future costs and/or maintenance and repair costs.
