Contributing Articles
If you would like to have an article be considered for inclusion in the JBIM, it is a two step process. First, submit an abstract as to the content and intent of the article for consideration in one of the following sections:
- Expanding thought, Critical need or New capability
- BIM Case Studies / Best Business Practices
- Economics / ROI
- Lifecycle/Technology Spotlight
- Training and Education
The abstract should not be more than a half a page and should include the title and your contact information. We jury the abstracts and they are due December 1st for the April or Spring edition and June 1st for the October or Fall edition. You will be notified a month later if you were selected to write an article and you will have a month and a half before the articles are due. Articles are 1200 words and should include 300dpi graphics. The cover article will be selected from the submissions and can be up to 2000 words.
